The project involved comprehensive voltage withstand tests on 35kV switch cabinets, 35kV bus ducts (pipe mother), grounding transformers, station transformers, and four critical power cables. These tests were crucial to ensure the safety and reliability of the electrical infrastructure.
Advanced Testing Tools for Optimal Results
Central to the project’s success were state-of-the-art tools such as the Circuit Breaker Tester, 200 A Micro-Ohmmeter, CT PT Analyzer, and Line Parameter Tester. The Circuit Breaker Tester was pivotal in assessing the switchgear’s operational integrity. The 200 A Micro-Ohmmeter played a crucial role in accurately measuring low resistance values, essential for verifying the quality of connections and joints. The CT PT Analyzer was instrumental in evaluating the performance of current and potential transformers, ensuring their precision and reliability. Lastly, the Line Parameter Tester provided invaluable data on line impedances and capacitances, crucial for system stability.
