Our Circuit Breaker Tester is meticulously engineered to assess the mechanical dynamic properties of high and low voltage circuit breakers. This includes those utilizing vacuum, SF6, oil, and other technologies across various voltage levels.

Circuit Breaker Tester Features

Compatibility: Suitable for various circuit breakers, including SF6, GIS, vacuum, and oil switches. Measures 12 metal contact fractures (6 primary, 6 auxiliary).
Display: 7-inch high-brightness color screen with one-touch operation. Displays all data on a single screen, preloaded with 21 standard circuit breaker speed definitions.
Safety & Power: Integrated power supply with short-circuit protection. Dual-loop design ensures continued testing even if one loop fails.
Sensors: Equipped with adjustable linear and rotary sensors for easy installation.
Storage: Can store 100 sets of test data with a built-in real-time clock for archiving.
Connectivity: Features U disk and R232 interfaces for data transfer and online operations.
Reliability: Designed to operate reliably in a 500KV substation environment.

Circuit Breaker Tester Specifications

Time Measurement:
- Measures 12-way inherent opening/closing time.
- Phase differences for opening/closing.
- Phase-to-phase difference range: 0-99ms.
- Bounce time and counts for closing/opening.
- Internal & External trigger test range: 0.01ms-20000ms with varying resolutions based on duration.
Speed Measurement:
- Measures instantaneous opening/closing speed.
- Calculates average speed over specified time or angle segments.
Speed Measurement Range:
- 1mm sensor: 0.01-25.00m/s.
- 0.1mm sensor: 0.001-2.50m/s.
- 345° angle sensor: 1 cycle/0.01°.
Stroke Measurement:
- Captures moving contact stroke, contact stroke, overtravel, and overshoot or rebound stroke.
Measurement Range:
- Linear sensor (50mm): 0-50mm with 0.1mm resolution. Options available for 100-1000mm sensors.
- Rotation sensor (345°): 0-1000mm with 0.1° resolution.
Current Resistance Range:
- Maximum current: 30A with 0.01A resolution.
- Resistance: 1000Ω with 0.01Ω resolution.
Power Supply: AC 220V ± 10%; 50Hz ± 10%.
DC Power Output: Adjustable DC20-270V; DC220V ≤ 20A (short duration). Power capacity: 4400W.
External Trigger: Voltage: AC/DC10-300V; Current: ≤ 120A.
Isolating Switch Measurement:

Voltage output: Adjustable DC20-270V.
Output time: 0.01-10 seconds.
Maximum fracture signal capture time: 10 seconds.
Measures break closing/opening time, three-phase asynchrony, bounce time, and counts.
